What to do when your sewing machine is jammed

When the machine does not operate and the fabric gets stuck in the machine, it is possible that the thread is caught in the hook. To resume sewing, gently remove the jammed fabric, upper thread and bobbin first, then turn the handwheel backwards and forwards by hand and remove the thread.
