Maintenance

Is warranty included in my newly purchased sewing machine / overlocker?

Yes. Your new sewing machine comes with one-year free warranty.

How do I request a repair service? 

You can drop your sewing machine to any retail location (expect Jordan counter) during their business hours and we will pick it up to our service centre. You can also deliver it to our office in Kwai Chung during the business hours (Monday to Friday: 9a.m.–5p.m., Saturday: 9a.m.–12:30p.m., lunch hours: 12:30p.m.–1:30p.m.) . We will contact you once the machine is repaired,and you can collect the repaired machine from the office or the retail location where you dropped off the machine.

My SINGER® sewing machine / overlocker model is very old. Will you repair it? 

You can contact the maintenance service at 26101611 or by email at info@singer.com.hk providing more information and details such as model number, area of problems, so that we can check if parts are still available for repair. 

My sewing machine / overlocker is not from SINGER®. Can you repair it? 

We only provide support service for SINGER® sewing machines and overlockers. 

Sewing class

Is the one-to-one sewing class free? How do I join it?

Yes, our one-to-one sewing class is free upon your purchase of a sewing machine. You can join us at any retail location (expect Jordan counter) to learn the sewing basics. Simply choose a location that suits you, and call the shop to make an appointment. You can check out the contacts here and here. 

Product parts, sewing accessories, and user manuals

I would like to buy the parts for my machine but I don't know what model it is. What should I do?  

You can contact maintenance and warehouse department at 26101611 or by email at info@singer.com.hk. You can tell the staff the model of the sewing machine you would like to buy parts/accessories for enquiry.

I need to have an extra copy of user manual for my sewing machine. Can you give me one? 

You can contact our maintenance service department at 26101611 or by email at info@singer.com.hk , providing the model number for the user manual, and we’ll check the availability and get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Is your delivery service free?

We offer free delivery service for any orders of sewing machines, overlockers, or steam press within Hong Kong territories.

For orders to be shipped to Lantau and Outlying Islands, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and border areas, a delivery fee will be charged upon the delivery of goods as follows: 

  • Sewing machine or overlocker: $80/unit
  • Steam press: $120/unit

A delivery fee of $20 will be charged for each pair of scissors and be collected upon delivery of goods. The fee will be waived if it is ordered and shipped together with the sewing machine, overlocker or steam press. 

When will I get my sewing machine? 

We deliver products on Monday and Thursday (except public holidays). We will call to confirm before delivery. If you haven't received the order, please call us at 28581551 or email us at info@singer.com.hk. 

Product problem, refund and returns

There is problem in my newly purchased product. What should I do?

I would like to make a refund/exchange the product. What should I do?

You can make a request within 14 days since your purchase. Whether the request will be entertained is subject to our sole discretion. For more details, please read our Returns policy.
